John Tenhundfeld, MD
Dr. John Tenhundfeld was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a BS in Molecular Biology. He attended medical school at the Ohio State University College of Medicine. During his residency at Saint Joseph Hospital/Northwestern University, he received recognition as a Burroughs Wellcome Family Practice Scholar. Dr. Tenhundfeld is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and is certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He has hospital privileges at Saint Joseph Hospital and Illinois Masonic Medical Center. He is a clinical instructor in the Department of Family Medicine at both hospitals.
Margaret Kasprzyk, FNP-BC
Maggie has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University. She spent almost ten years in healthcare building her nursing practice, working for many years in pediatrics. Early in her career, Maggie began working at Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, to heal patients after spinal cord injuries, strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and other trauma. Maggie went on to obtain a Master of Science in nursing at Purdue University and her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).
