Infants, Children & Adolescents
A Family Practitioner can provide care immediately following birth, both in and out of the hospital. In addition to evaluation and treatment of illness, this care includes routine well care (focusing on growth and development) and immunizations. Continuity of care is provided through adolescence and into adulthood.
Services include, but are not limited to:

Evaluation and treatment of illness including allergy testing and treatment, asthma, common infections, developmental disorders, diarrhea and constipation

Counseling

Nutritional counseling and obesity prevention

Well Child Care including routine examinations, school physicals, sports physicals and immunizations

Urgent Care

Telephone triage to determine if an illness requires an office visit or referral to the Emergency Room

Wound Repair (stitches)
-
Removal of foreign bodies from nose, ear and skin
